Alex Meyer is a horse professional local to Burgaw, NC. Experienced rider specializing in coaching and communicating with horses and riders to create a smoother partnership. Alex has been riding since 1998, starting as a student and growing into apprenticeship for training until it was time to step out as a trainer. She attended St. Andrews University and received her BA in Business Management with a focus in Equine Studies. Alex strives to connect and coach each student as it fits them best to get the stringest grasp on working with their equine partners. Alex has miles in Hunt Seat, Hunter Jumpers, Jumpers, Western Pleasure, Barrel Racing, and patterned competitions. She has worked with many other equine professionals such as Carla Wennberg, Lynn Palm, and Jennifer Lenfestey.
